playing house – playdate

It was a lovely day to play house at the Nest. Cookies, lemonade, children, laughter, imagination, & paint. I turned them loose to decorate as they wished on their house. Either using brushes or their hands, it became a true work of art from their design. Of course, I had to set up a clothes-line to help add to the playing house theme. As you can see for yourself…I think they had a great time painting & playing house.

  1. Hi Kellie,
So nice to have you stop by my blog and leave a comment! I just love the playhouse, and especially how you allowed the kids to decorate it their own way! What a fun mom! Looks like the weather was beautiful too. Hope to hear from you again. I will stop by again too!

    Stay Cozy, Carrie

P.S. You will have plenty of time for garage sales as the children grow!

  2. What a fun time! I love the butterflies and dragonflies.

  3. You inspire me beautiful friend. And I just love the way you love your children. You are an incredible, loving, doting, creative, beautiful, blessed and highly favored Mama Bear. I absolutely love this play date!
I can’t stand it (in a good way:)!

I mean, the clothesline with those darling, little bloomers and things? I can’t. It’s too much.
I want to live at your house. :)

  5. Did you know that she has your craft here http://www.manualidadesinfantiles.org/como-hacer-una-casa-de-cartn/ with your pictures and translated into Spanish. She is making money by googling for crafts, copying and pasting pictures in her website. She has the link to your craft, but I’m telling you because if she hasn’t asked you for permission I’m not sure this is legal.
