"Where does the tooth fairy come from?"

Why - from her very own fairy door, right by your bed, of course!

Isn't this one of the sweetest ideas you've seen?  The incredible, & I do mean incredible Sharnel & her husband put this fairy door up, right next to their daughter's bed.  Who has lost 2 teeth in the past week.

And here's the fairy glitter, door key, & tooth box to place the tooth in.  Such sweet details in every single item.  You better believe these ideas are going in my inspiration files under "Fairy visits."

~~~~~~~~~~~
Speaking of the tooth faires...my real "tooth fairies" (as in, my parents) are paying us a visit for the next few days.  I'm so excited for their visit.  Our weather has been  absolutely amazing here, & I can't wait to spread our wings & explore the outdoors together with them!
See you soon!
p.s.  I'm working on a post to answer some of the "how-to" questions about the office/craft room.  Hopefully, I'll have it up before the weekend, for those of you who have asked.  Sorry for the delay.
Okay so the tooth fairy at this house brings real pearls in exchange for the tooth, and one day the girls will each have enough to start a real pearl necklace. As they get older and are no longer loosing teeth we will start giving them pearls as gifts and one day pay to have them strung, for now Audrey's collection is on a thin gold chain and the jeweler adds on for us after we collect a few. And then their is poor Cecilia who still hasn't lost a tooth, it is a sore subject. I think about our pearl necklaces every time I visit Sibi's site. Who knew.
Love all the details of this fairy visit, they went all out.
Have a great day, and enjoy your parents when they get here
Do you think a blue door could do for a little boy.....
Oh my gosh, this is the cutest thing I have seen... right down to that itty bitty gold key!
Enjoy your parents!
I actually have a little door just like that from an old doll house supply box. I just don't have a little one to use it on.
This kind of stuff makes me want to have children all over again!
I'm unsure how I found this blog. It is lovely.
um and speaking of delays I am utterly embarrassed because nobody else in nthe history has ever had to wait this long. I gave it to my husband to send and well it's in the back of his car...from over a week and a a half ago.
That tooth fair idea is adorable.
Remember: you don't have to have children to have fairies.
