The c-section is scheduled. Monday, July 14th!!!July 14, is one special day of remembrance in our family. It was our Grandma Jumbeck’s birthday. To think that these two babies may indeed share the same birthday as hers is an overwhelming emotion.
When the doctor told me that he felt we should schedule the c-section, because I am 3 centimeters dilated, and how does, Monday July 14th sound? Well…there were no words to describe my tears of joy. Not in my wildest dreams would I have ever thought that the possibility of these two babies being born on her birthday would ever come to pass.
Obviously, alot can happen in six short days. If these babies decide to come out sooner, that will be fantastic. We welcome their arrival any day. But just to have the thoughts that these two gifts from heaven may in fact arrive on Grandma’s birthday is a true blessing in itself. -Thank you Lord.-
