Can you believe it? 2 months old. My goodness, how time goes by so quickly. As you can see, they are healthy as can be! I just love their rolls! Both are so different, but are so fragile. It is amazing & awesome to have such a responsibility.
Lets start with Mason:
He now weighs 14lbs & 2ozs. He is 23 3/4 inches long. And is a CHUNK!
As Ronnie says, and it’s true, he is a Momma’s boy, and I love it. He loves to be held all the time. He grunts & groans, smiles with his mouth wide open, and quivers his lower chin when he cries. He develops just a few days faster then Madi. But she is not far behind. Mason loves to watch his big bro Graham. Will always have a smile for Graham. (As long as his tummy is full.) He is all boy. One of his sweetest characteristic is that he usually waits for Madi to be placed in her crib, before he will go to sleep. Yes, I have had to put them in their own crib. They are just too big to sleep together. That day hurt my heart.
Now for Miss Madi:
She weighs 12lbs even. She is also 23 3/4 inches long. She is my long & lean girl. She is a sleeping beauty. Right now, she loves to sleep, and sleeps often. She is almost self sufficient, excluding meals, diapers, & burps. She too, loves watching Graham, but she does get a little nervous when he starts jumping around. She honestly is so graceful in her movements. All girl. She “coos” so much more then Mason. Which I guess is how it is suppose to be. Girls just talk more, and she’s keeping up with the girls. She loves to talk to the pillows on the sofa, and once in a while will give them the biggest smile, like they are her best friend. One of her sweetest characteristics is that if Mason is crying because he is in pain (ie, Mason getting his shots at the drs.) she will cry with him & for him.
They are doing extremely well. Both are growing like crazy. Being their Mommy is such a privilege. Something I hope, I will never take for granted.
