It’s football time in Tennessee

Okay, so normally I get a little excited when football starts. The Chief on the other hand, starts grinning from ear to ear about a week before hand, especially when it comes to the Tennessee VOLS. But I will say, I will be watching closely to this first game, since they are playing UCLA. Nothing like a little competition for my California relatives out there.

When football season starts, my mind remembers fondly of watching any & all SEC games my dad could find when we lived in California. I loved every moment of watching SEC games with him, which was a rare thing to find on a California cable in the 80’s. He has always been a true SEC man. Lets just say, I am glad I had the proper training when it comes to the south eastern conference, now since I am married to a man that loves it just as much as my dad does. So yes, indeed we are Tennessee Vols fans in this nest, and we can’t wait to see the VOLS beat UCLA!!!
