Receiving gifts is always so much fun. Receiving an unexpected gift that signifies where your life is at the moment is even better. This picture does not do this ceramic justice. It is 3 nests, with 3 little eggs in each nest, and one little mother bird is watching out for them all. This sweet, thoughtful delight of a gift is from my dear cousin, Maegan. As most of you know, she mainly started this blog & its design. I knew I wanted the word ‘nest’ in the title, and that’s about it. Maegan did all the rest. I immediately fell in love with what she did for the header, the nest, the three eggs, etc. And, as one can see she found this lovely keepsake that matches this blog & what it represents. It signifies at least to me, these precious, dreamy, nesting years, that I will treasure forever. Thank you my dear cousin for this gift, your friendship, and your dear acts of kindness.
