Have you heard about this fort contest??? It’s WAS the coolest thing ever, for kids. I am always, always, the last to know of the “good things to know.” But unless it rains, I can almost guarantee it will be a fort making weekend at the Nest. Contest or in our case no contest, I think it would be a great activity to do. Such great ideas, inspiration, & fun to look at photos are in the links below. Chief was just saying that he thinks he still has his original book of Where the Wild Things Are that he had when he was little, packed away somewhere. He had planned to hunt it down this weekend. Wait till I tell him about this. Whoo hoo! “…I gotta a feelin’ that (this weekend) is gonna be a good one!”
