It’s all in the *PINK* details

January 20, 2010 by Kellie

Pink was everywhere I looked today.   If I could…I would order-up another day like today.  It was wonderful both inside & outside.
So, this is what it feels like to wear flip flops in January.  63* degrees ~ Love it!
Of course, we have already started celebrating Valentine’s.  It is never too early to start celebrating a holiday around the Nest.  Especially with heart leg warmers.
My Sister is staying with us for a week. 🙂  Obviously, I have put her to work.  She loves to paint.  Especially when the color is pink.  Just so you know, everything tastes better when you eat with your pinky finger out & everything turns out better when you stick your pinky finger out.  One of her many loveable trademarks.
We just had to.  Since Sis is in town, aka “Auntie Sis” we had to try Krispy Kreme’s heart shaped with sprinkles.
And, since we stuffed ourselves ate the dough-nuts, we decided to go “light” for dinner.
We have had a fun day & I know more crazy tales are to come.  My pink crafting project(S) have hit technical difficulties.  Oh, how I hate techy stuff.  It was just too pretty outside to try to solve the problems.  Might have to declare next week pink week as well.  That wouldn’t be a bad thing, would it?
