Was everyone else’s mouth drooling last week over the Picnic Party?
Mine sure was. Here’s just a few highlights ~
first, let’s stop by Cha Cha’s Sit Relax and Read for some fruit punch.
Of course, we can’t have a picnic without some fried chicken, Chik-fil-a inspired at that- from Under the Table and Dreaming.
If only, Busy As a Bee in Paris knew how much I loved some chips & dip, especially Mango Salsa! Why, if she didn’t live so far away, I would be at her doorstep everyday around 4:00 for a snack.
If you prefer a sweet berry salsa ~ then you must visit Sugar and Spice Mommy for her Strawberry Salsa. This has got to be the perfect recipe to coordinate with a blog name, don’t you think? Strawberries are in full bloom around here. Guess what I’ll be making this week?
Lemon + pine nuts + feta + some olives = one great pasta dish from Opie Dawn. An easy Summer dish that only requires bringing a pot to a boil. Perfect!
Now I think we should top everything off with a fruit pizza from Jenny Beth. You still have some room in your tummy, don’t you? Ahem…cookie dough, cream cheese, fresh fruit – yep I still have room. Isn’t this a work of art – good enough to eat!!! 😉
