My favorite Christmas dessert is my MIL’s Christmas Candy. It’s this yummy roll of peanut butter, powdered sugar and butter. It quickly became a favorite of mine once I tasted it and a couple years ago she actually taught me to make it!

Other than that, I typically have a slice of mincemeat pie in memory of my Grandfather, who LOVED it. Its not my favorite, but it is a way I still get to share the holidays with him even though he is no longer with us.

My favorite dessert would be my Mom’s fudge. I am the baker in the family but can’t seem to duplicate this one. However, I am happy to report my sister can! Mom passed away unexpectedly just over a year ago. I’m so thankful for our sweet memories in the kitchen.
