You are here: Home / beach / on vacay @ The Screened Inn

on vacay @ The Screened Inn

May 16, 2011 by Kellie

Hello lovelies!
I can barely contain myself.  I woke up in pure bliss of crisp white linens & gorgeous sunlight dancing in on me in from the Lettered Love bedroom at The Screened Inn.
I’m sure all of you remember following Layla from The Lettered Cottage last Summer decorating The Screened Inn for the Mermaid Cottages.  I viewed every post, watching it all unfold last Summer & fell in love (as always) of how she transformed The Screened Inn into a gorgeous vintage beach get-away.  Well…I am here to say, seeing & feeling all her work in person is just amazing.  I can’t wait to sit in every room & take it all in every day while we’re here.  The Screened Inn is full of fun vintage beach charm with modern elements to make any one’s stay a perfect get-away.  I truly am in awe of Layla’s work.  Warm, fresh, crisp & cozy.
The Screened Inn is one of many that the Mermaid Cottages has to offer.  Click on her button below to check out all the amazing vintage cottages she has on Tybee Island in Georgia.

I’ll be back soon with more of my own pics to share, but right now the beach is calling my name along with my kids ready in full beach gear to head on out!
See you soon!
xoxo
