I couldn’t let March begin without giving it a big “Hello” it’s the month that brings on the pinks and all things pastel. Which I totally love. It’s the month where we say good-bye to Winter. And as I’ve said a million times, I am not a Winter girl.
Speaking of March, I love when the sun starts to make it’s appearance a little earlier day after day. It’s always a welcomed visitor every morning.
I started painting some minor projects here & there. I’ll show those later in the weeks, but let me tell ya, a little warmer weather does this girl & her “things to do list” some good!
We’ve made our Summer plans! Even though it still months away, I love having our Summer plans organized, but most importantly having our vacay plans set in stone & reservations made. Seaside, FL here we come.
Last but not least, a few purchases for our newly renovated porch, makes me happy. Can’t wait till I can plant some flowers!

And I love it too when the summer vacation plans get booked. It makes it feel like, “Yes! This IS gonna happen!”. Sadly for us though, this summer will be the first one since 1999 that we don’t go to the beach (except for the year Katrina hit). I’m bummed. But with a high school graduation and a wedding in May and June we just can’t swing it. $$ 🙁

as soon as i saw those colorful shutters, i knew exactly where that was! i have exactly the same picture! we love LOVE seaside/sea grove. we are going to new york this summer (and excited) but i am sad we won’t be in florida 🙁 have a great vacation.
