Super easy! Grilled Peach Pizza

August 20, 2012 by Kellie

May I introduce you to our new favorite dinner?
Grilled Peach Pizza.
Peaches are every where you look now.  From grocery stores to your Farmers’ Market.  They are a perfect accompaniment to almost any type of dish.   There’s definitely extravagant recipes out there when it comes to Peach Pizza.  But for the love of all things simple, easy & cheap I created a few short cuts & made this pizza in a matter of 10 minutes & all the ingredients can be found in your local super store grocery store.  Plus, I used my George Foreman grill to make it even more convenient.
It’s my personal goal to try to make “good for you” dinners this school year, that are easy on the budget & of course time!

What’s needed:
flour tortillas
Philadelphia Cooking Creme
fresh peaches
{Pompeian}Balsamic Vinegar
Cilantro
Prosciutto ham

Directions:
Preheat your oven on HI broil.
Peel your peaches.  We’ve found 1 peach is good for 2 flour tortillas.  On a separate plate slice your peaches & drizzle balsamic vinegar on the slices.  Spread the Philadelphia cooking creme lightly on the flour tortillas & top with 2 slices of the Prosciutto Ham on each tortilla.

Then using our mini George Foreman grill, I grilled the peaches for about 3 minutes.  (Keep checking on the peaches, results may vary.)

Top the flour tortillas with the grilled peaches.  You may drizzle additional balsamic vinegar on top of the pizzas *that’s what I do*.  Place 2-3 pizzas on a large baking sheet.in a heated oven on HI broil.  My oven browns the pizzas in about 3-4 minutes, but keep checking because ovens vary.
After they come out of the oven top with fresh cilantro.
(My kids will devour these pizzas!  As long as I skip the cilantro for them.  Which is perfectly fine by me.)

Your results will be a fresh, delicious dinner.  That’s simple, fresh & oh so easy.  All of the ingredients can be found at any grocery store.  But the best part is that dinner is served in about 10 minutes!
Perfect for those crazy nights full of homework, working late or afterschool activities.
