We are officially on Christmas break. For 2 weeks we get to relaxed, get up when we want, go to bed when we want & just do whatever. The joys of Christmas break…ahhhhhh. Anyways, I made my favorite go to Hot Chocolate recipe tonite. It’s so quick, doesn’t require any skills & it’s based on an individual serving & the use of a microwave! See, told ya it was easy. I also included my “secret” spicy ingredient at the end. I really do love a spicy hot chocolate. It takes it to a whole new level, I promise!
Perfectly {Spicy or not} Hot Chocolate
2 tablespoons sugar
Dash salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 to 3 teaspoons HERSHEY’S Cocoa
1 cup milk
dash or 2 of cayenne pepper *if desired
Directions:
Mix sugar, cocoa and salt in large mug. Heat milk in microwave at HIGH (100%) 1-1/2 minutes or until hot. Gradually add hot milk to cocoa mixture in mug, stirring until well blended. Stir in vanilla. Add a dash of Cayenne Pepper.*
