Sheet Pan Dinner Recipes

When I first started to noticing Sheet Pan Dinner Recipes on Pinterest, I thought, gosh that looks good!  I asked, is it really that easy?  And look at all those veggies on the pan!!!  Perfect for our family on crazy weeknights.

So I started making some of the recipes I saw on Pinterest, and I am in love with the entire Sheet Pan Dinner Recipes movement, y’all!

It’s everything a busy mom wants in a meal!

We all get asked around 4:30 (on the dot at my house) “What’s for dinner?”

If I haven’t planned something out, I am now going to sheet pan meals.  The clean up alone is so worth it, I even spread foil over my pans so I literally just have to wash dishes for a couple of minutes each night when we have sheet pan meals for dinner.

So here are some of our family favorites, and some we have yet to try but are on the list in no particular order.

THIS!  Sheet Pan Shrimp Fajitas from No 2 Pencil looks absolutely fantastic for any day of the week!  The fajita sheet pan recipes are my husband’s personal favorites.  Typical man…anything with spice & heat – they’ll love it.  As do I!

Sheet Pan Nachos from Damn Delicious.

My kids would love this everyday of the week.  (Minus the jalepenos) but that’s one of the many beauties about the sheet pan dinner recipes.  You can adjust them to your family’s personal taste.

Sheet Pan Shrimp Boil via Damn Delicious!  I could devour this!

Sheet Pan Chili Lime Salmon.  This looks and sounds incredible to me!

One Pan Roasted Lemon Butter Garlic Shrimp and Asparagus – looks so easy and I know it’s made in minutes!  My favorite kind of meal.

Sheet Pan Teriyaki Chicken with vegetables.  For those nights when you want Asian food and something easy to throw together!

Sheet Pan Sausage with sweet potatoes and asparagus – our entire family loves smoked sausage so this is a win any night!

Steak and Potatoes, anyone?   This Sheet Pan Steak and Veggies looks delicious and easy as can be.

Sheet Pan Thai Glazed Salmon and Vegetables – looks absolutely delicious, right?

If you need to feed a crowd or are having a party this Sheet Pan Chili Dijon Pork Tenderloin Recipe looks amazing!

Anyone ready for fajitas?  This Sheet Pan Steak Fajitas looks perfect with all the peppers, lime and cilantro.

Italian Sheet Pan Nachos.  Have mercy!

Ranch Pork Chops and Potatoes Sheet Pan Dinner – protein & a carb.  Throw a salad together & you’re done.  Love how easy it is.

One Pan Parmesan Chicken and Roasted Zucchini  – looks incredible.

Sheet Pan Bruschetta Chicken and Potatoes  – can you imagine how good this will be when tomatoes are in season.  YUM!

Sheet Pan Sweet Potato Black Bean Hash – I cannot wait to try this one.
