Ghosts and Goblins Halloween Home Tour

You guys!!! It’s one of my absolute favorite posts of the year. I know I’ve said that about a lot of posts lately, but this one is definitely in my top 5 for sure. Are you all ready for my Ghosts and Goblins Halloween Home Tour? Okay, here we go. We’re starting off in the heart of the home – the kitchen.

As you can see, it’s been taken over by many ghosts. I’m trying my best to teach them how to anything with pumpkin in it. But in the meantime, they’re hanging out on my kitchen shelves where I store most of my dry goods. You can see how these shelves look any other time of year, but visiting this post.

I’m so excited to be part of the Halloween Home Tour hosted by my friend Ella Claire & Co. There’s so many exciting posts linked below. You guys will not believe how good they are this year! EEK! For my Ghosts and Goblins Halloween Home Tour this year, I was able to keep everything at an extremely low cost! I used cheesecloth for most of my decor, and of course my vinyl to cut out the ghost faces.

My daughter had the idea of making a ghost out of our large chandelier in our family room. That idea gave me the “theme” for this year, and we just ran with it! So many have asked if the ghost’s tail gets in the way of seeing the tv. But once you’re sitting down on our sectional, we can watch and see the tv perfectly.

This picture below, is probably my most favorite view in the house right now. Notice the tv is off & it’s just me and our dog hanging out. BLISS! I love when a theme turns out to be so easy. Especially for this Ghosts and Goblins Halloween Home Tour, its makes me smile every time I walk into this room. If your home has an open concept, then you know it can be hard to decorate for the seasons. You don’t want it to look too junky, but with Halloween – I think anything goes!

Now we’ll go to the front entry way, where the Goblins are hanging out. Goblins as in the form of botany goblins.

You never know what you’ll find in this Ghosts and Goblins Halloween Home Tour. There’s all sorts of irregular growing things. I’ll be honest here and say, sometimes I start to feel so flustered to decorate our home. But thankfully, with a few good ideas written down and a “theme” it made it super easy to create a fun look for our home.
