  134. Fleur de sel caramels (I know, not really baking, but they’re so good!) For actual baking- my grandmother’s molasses cookies are wonderful and they make the house smell great!

  162. We always have a mexican style meal followed by pumpkin bread pudding with homemade caramel sauce and whipped cream. It has a million steps but it is devine. I think I got the recipie from a Bobby Flay cooking show. I love making it because it is such a crowd pleaser

  243. Right now I’m loving making cookies and cakes for my co-workers. It’s a bit cliche, but I’m the only woman in a machine shop. I work in the office, and I’m completely expected to be girly and I LOVE it. So I bring cookies and cakes, and cupcakes for them all the time and they love it. I can’t wait to break out the snickerdoodles!

  245. We make a traditional German Christmas bread called stollen. It’s been passed down in my husband’s family for generations. GREAT memories of making this every year 🙂

  248. I love to make French macaroons! Those delicious little “hamburgers” are so good and so fun to try and make new flavors together! 🙂 They are great for the holidays because no one is expecting them!

  260. My Mom’s blue cheese cheese ball! It came out of an old Oster blender recipe book in the 70s. It’s just not Christmas without it!

  275. We love making cookies – our favorite being Mexican Wedding Cookies. My mom made them for our family and now I make them for mine. My mom is no longer on earth so making these cookies always brings her here with us for Christmas.
