Hello lovelies.
It’s time for another Insta- Friday post. Where I get to bore you all with our weekly happenings via my cell phone pics. Some through my beloved Instagram app or just regular cell pics, it doesn’t matter. You can link up whatever you like over at the Insta-Fridays party.
The above pic, is the some of the first sets of flowers I’ve planted since the tornadoes came through. Surprisingly, I was emotional & completely caught off guard by my sudden outburst in tears. I guess realizing I’ve missed an entire month of watching the flowers bloom & grow & the contentment it always brings my heart opened the flood gates. Why I teared up – we’ll just blame it on those hormones, but it’s all good now. 😉
So while, most of you have already planted your plants…we are just getting started {again} over here.
We’ve spent a lot of time going to & from. Because this little guy started Summer Camp & to say it has been adventurous this week – is an understatement. Wowza.
Whoever invented these germ infested cars, I can’t thank you enough. Having the twins entertained while I shop is priceless!
Of course, there’s always the trip to the fabric departments…
And those lovely fabric cuttings in turn, helped me make some bags this week…;)
We did some take-outs.
and we cooked-in too!
The morning sunshine & view from my bedroom. There’s nothing like that Summer sunshine, it gets me up & at ’em early. Love it!

Don’t worry, up here in ND we haven’t been able to plant flowers yet either 🙁 Between the flooding, raining, and cold weather- we are VERY behind in the fields AND in our yard 🙁
