Yep. It’s my birthday! I’m not bashful to admit it. It’s just a number – right??? Gulp. But it’s the big 4-0. What happened? the time…good grief. It goes by in a blink. Nothing special planned for today. Tomorrow, however Chief & I are going out & we got a sitter!!! So I thought I would throw my own partaay right here today!!! You’re all invited…

Because Amy Atlas did a special table for Alice me! She knew exactly what I liked & how I wanted it to be in the garden. Up against that gorgeous piece of iron gate. mmmm!
We’ll have the cake indoors, however. Just to cool off a bit. {Said the birthday girl who is so tried of this cold weather.} Eat all you want of the cake. It’s sugar free. {again, it’s my birthday, i can dream a little.}
Then we will have to go back outside & sit underneath this pennant banner & have some more cupcakes. I have a thing for spending time on porches with friends. If you only knew how much I loved to do this!
Then after the party is over, we would have to paint the town pink & red! Hitting the streets, shopping, laughing, & perhaps dinner.
