It goes without saying that this is one summer we will remember & cherish in full detail. It goes by so quickly. Looking back through the photos, to find some cherished moments made me think how quickly things change. Moments, age, seasons, weather, & priorities.With three little ones, the house is messier, the laundry is piled up, the dishes…oh, the dishes, Graham’s toys are everywhere. But all of that is just part of it. I would like to think I take pride in a clean house (I still do,) but that is not a priority now. Feeding these babies, playing with Graham, having a clean outfit to wear, & family time are priorities.
Time will come for the house to have a deep cleaning, the floors to be mopped & waxed, the laundry to be washed, but for now I will hold, love, & cherish these days. Trying not to lose focus on what’s important. Trying to remember that these moments will fade away as quickly as they came. It was a cooler morning today, the beginning of Fall. How quickly Summer came & went. Bringing two precious babies into our lives. Having big bro Graham, learning so much & saying so much. Seeing how he loves these babies & includes them in every one of his important details of the day is simply amazing to watch & hear. Sharing these beginning moments with my Mom, Dad, & Sister here, is something I will never forget. Having my husband with me for 30+ days this summer by my side was amazing. I will never forget it.
Thank you Dear Lord, for the blessings this summer. Your blessings are endless, and I will never forget what You have given our family this summer.
