In a mixing bowl, slice your washed cherry tomatoes in a bowl. Add in your sliced/cubed grilled chicken along with your cut up basil leaves.
***I typically leave out the avocado and the mozzarella pearls until right before serving***
Mix all the other ingredients together in with your tomatoes, basil and chicken. Store in fridge until ready to serve.
