Add your EVOO to a stock pot and allow it to get warm to hot.
Add your chopped onion, and allow them to cook (4-5 minutes)
add your garlic
add your Italian ground sausage. Brown and cook thoroughly.
Place your liquids in the pot - chicken broth and half & half
Then add all the remain ingredients. Radishes, Cooked Bacon, Spinach and hot Pepper flakes if you desire.
Cook and simmer for 1-2 hours - or even longer on low.
