Berries and Cream Angel Food Cake Dessert

Ingredients

  • 1 Angel Food Cake Baked, Cooled and broken apart in pieces
  • 1 pint rinsed and dried blueberries
  • 1-2 pints of rinsed and cut strawberries
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tub whip cream* optional
  • 6-8 servings Vanilla Greek Yogurt* optional

Instructions

  1. Once you've baked your Angel Food Cake - allow it to cool.  Break apart in a 9x13 baking dish.


  2. Prepare your berries, rinse and dry them.  Cut your strawberries and drizzle both blueberries and strawberries over your cake pieces.

  3. Pour your can of sweetened condensed milk over the berries and cake pieces.

  4. Cover cake and allow to cool for about 3 hours.

  5. Top with Whip Cream, vanilla Greek yogurt or whatever else you'd like to serve it with.
